Parish Boundaries 

Cathedral of the Risen Christ is a parish within the Diocese of Lincoln. The Diocese has established geographical boundaries to ensure that parish communities can better serve their parishioners. In many other parts of the country, dioceses have regrettably abandoned the sense of the territorial parish and its critical importance to the work of evangelization. We follow the universal law of the Catholic Church which automatically inscribes or "registers" the Catholic Faithful, at least ordinarily, in their respective parishes as determined by the place or territory of their residence (cf. canons 515 and 518.).

The Diocese requires all Catholics to register at the parish within the boundary of their residence. How to register at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ 

All Catholics who live within our parish boundary are encouraged to register at Cathedral of the Risen Christ.
