Cathedral of the Risen Christ tuition is affordable because of the stewardship of the entire school and parish family. It is our commitment to keep tuition affordable, this made possible by the generosity of our parishioners and benefactors. Every student receives a substantial parish scholarship, and with additional scholarships, stewardship and fundraising, we are able to keep tuition affordable for any family.   

Preschool and K-8 2026-2027 Tuition Document:  2026-2027 Tuition & Scholarships Overview

2026-2027 K-8 Tuition (including fees)

• Parishioner / Grades K-8 – $3,950 (capped at 3 children)
• Out-of-Parish or Non-Catholic / Grades K-8 – $9,540 (capped at 3 children)

2026-2027 Pre-K Tuition (in-parish)

• Pre-School – MWF morning (3 Half Days) $2,000
• Pre-Kindergarten – M-F afternoon (5 Half Days) $3,500
• Pre-Kindergarten - MTWTHF (5 Full Days) $6,300

2026-2027 Pre-K Tuition (out-of-parish)

• Pre-School – MWF morning (3 Half Days) $2,500
• Pre-Kindergarten – M-F afternoon (5 Half Days) $4,000
• Pre-Kindergarten - MTWTHF (5 Full Days) $7,300

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Cathedral of the Risen Christ parish does not turn away any students because of financial issues. Cathedral offers a variety of scholarships, and families are encouraged to apply for scholarships from the Diocese and our school.  You can apply for all scholarships in one FACTS application. 

Good Shepherd Scholarship - A scholarship that provides significant financial aid to families that are within 225% of the Federal Poverty Level - $1,800 per child. Cathedral Guardian Angel Scholarship – Varies based on need.

Family Tuition Cap Scholarship – Parents will only pay tuition for up to 3 students, if they apply in FACTS.  The rest of their students will not be charged tuition, this includes students at Pius X High School.  This is for all families regardless of income level. **The Family Tuition Cap Scholarship will no longer be supported by the Good Shepherd Scholarship after the 2024-25 school year. Cathedral School is still exploring options to continue supporting large families.**

Other Scholarships – Many families and individuals have created scholarships for Cathedral students over the years.  These scholarships may have additional requirements based on the donor’s wishes.

If a family is unable to pay the tuition or fees, and they have applied for scholarships in FACTS, then they should schedule an appointment with the Pastor to discuss the situation.  To be considered for any financial aid, families must apply in FACTS Management system to be considered for scholarships, including the Good Shepherd Scholarship, the Family Tuition Cap and all other Cathedral Scholarships.
